Has anyone heard anymore on this issue. Someone in the upper ranks of the Pentagon was working for Israel, giving them memos on our possible actions against Tehran. The problem is, the person is also suspected of being the conduit from which we recieved those BS reports of Iraq developing nuclear weapon technology.

It shows how uncomfortably close we are with Israel's politics and policys, and how they can manipulate us. In other words, Israel may have been responsibile for giving us the final "push" of evidence nescessary to go into Iraq.

No wonder the Arabs don't trust us.

Just one Q, is this guy an Arabic Isreali?

I just read it was an Air Force officer with the last name of Franklin. He's apparently tied to Wolfowitz. I don't think he's an arab-israeli, but rather simply an Air Force officer that was at one time stationed in Tel Aviv.

yep. There is sooooooooo much Israeli spying going on in D.C. that I don't even know where to start.

I brought up Israel and the war on this board back in early 2003....

This centers around the 'office of special plans' that was set up at the behest of rumsfield, and possibly wolfowitz. The job of this newly formed agency was to foment 'intelligence' against iraq. All cia data concerning the middle east was filtered through this agency before it reached the whitehouse. Once war against iraq was successfully achieved, it was disbanded.

Here are some quotes from the washington times about the members of osp, many of whom have or are being investigated for spying for isreal (ok, passing information. Same thing, really. Remember ames, now in jail for passing info to russians?)

Yet according to Green, in March 1983, Feith, then a Middle East analyst on the National Security Council, was fired by Judge William Clark, who had replaced Richard Allen as national security adviser, because Feith "had been the object of an inquiry into whether he had provided classified material to an official of the Israeli Embassy in Washington" and that the FBI "had opened an inquiry."

Former Counterterrorism Chief Vince Cannistraro confirmed that Feith was fired from the NSC for leaking classified data to Israel.

In 1982, Feith went to work for Pentagon official Richard Perle, according to Green and confirmed by U.S. intelligence sources.

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, who an administration official described as having played a "large role in getting Feith" his current job, was working for the Arms Control and Disarmament agency in 1978 and was the subject of an investigation that alleged he had provided "a classified document on the proposed sale of U.S. weapons to an Arab government to an Israeli government official" via "an AIPAC intermediary," according to Green. The probe was eventually dropped.

In 1981, Wolfowitz, who was working as head of the State Department Policy Planning Staff, hired Ledeen as a Special Advisor, Green said.

According to one federal law enforcement official, Rhode and Luti and other OSP officials have been frequently mentioned in FBI interviews, "chiefly the nature and extent of his contacts with Israel," according to federal law enforcement officials.

At least three former CIA officials told UPI that in 1998 Rhode had his clearances suspended, based on allegations he had given classified information to Israel.

the Pentagon finally downgraded Ledeen's security clearances from Top Secret-SCI to Secret in the mid-1980s, after an earlier boss, Noel Koch, the Principal Assistant Secretary for International Security Affairs, had urged the FBI to begin a probe of Ledeen, then a consultant on terrorism, for passing classified materials to a foreign country, believed to be Israel. (Green notes that Ledeen "was carried in Agency files as an agent of influence of a foreign government: Israel," a fact he confirmed for UPI in an interview.

Former agency officials said they knew this to be accurate. In 2001, Ledeen was hired by Feith to work on contract for the Office of Special Plans, which involved the handling of sensitive materials, Green said, a fact confirmed last week to UPI by congressional investigators.

Now that the iraq flack is blowing back to whack em in the sack, the heat on the perpetrators is going up. So, they will throw some lower echelon piece of meat out for the wolves to chew up, while the big dogs carry on.

Here again, are listed the names of some of those who are spying on america for israel:

Ps, for anyone who hasn't got it yet, these people are jews, not arabs

Wow. I'm impressed Satanus. Not that I have anything against Jews, but they sure no where to position their best chess pieces. It's scary to think a special office was created simply for the task of coming up with evidence to justify a war with Iraq. Something which, of course, serves Israels purposes greatly.

I really think we should make a distinction between Jews and Israel. Not all Jews are Israelis, and not all Jews support Israel. To comment on Israel's government and policies is not anti-Semitic, any more than talking about America's government and policies is anti-American. To talk about Jews running the world IS anti-Semitic.

They have been there for a long time. It's a bit like mice in the walls of a house. They work very hard and quietly, most of the time. Most of the time you don't notice them very much. Likewise w these guys. It's just that it was time for them to come out and roar, striking a blow for their cause.

I just read that United States Attorney General John Ashcroft has ordered the spy investigations stopped. The mice go back safely into their walls.
