Hello, my name is Megan Fisk and I am a graduate student in the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication at Arizona State University. I am working under the direction of Dr. Pauline Cheong to conduct research on family communication and faith transitions.
I am recruiting individuals aged 18-35 who have recently told their parent/s their decision to no longer participate in JW. This conversation must have taken place between six months and a two and a half years ago.
If eligible, you will participate in confidential interview either in person or online about your experience. The interviews will take approximately 90 minutes, depending upon availability, and can be scheduled at your convenience. The interviews will be audio-recorded.
Participation in this study is voluntary and you must be 18 or older.
