Death vs JWs who is more effective?

56.7 Million people died in 2003.
0.26 Million people became baptized in 2003.
That means that death is forwarding more people to the new order than the JWs preaching work. How come the watchtower never brings this up to ease the souls of those that can't quite manage to get out in the field?

Should be called "Birth" vs JWs , because every year there are many millions times more babies Jehovah is supposedly going to kill, than adults that will be "saved".
