Can someone tell me the difference of the WTBTS of NY, WTBTS of PA and the International Bible Students Association?
Are there other corporations?
What is responsible for what?
Who goes to the Annual meeting and how do they get invited?

Just off the top of my head I can tell you that IBSA was (of course) started by Chuck Russell. So was WTBTS of PA. Also, Chuck formed the WTBTS of NY and transferred the money and assets from the PA Corp. in order to leave Maria penniless after their divorce.
There were four new Corporations formed in about 2001. None of them are headed by "anointed" dubs. If you search the archives here you can find everything you need to know.

I still would like to find about this Annual meeting as well and why one of the WTBTS or PA or NY wasn't disbanded.
