Three Teens Charged In Jehovah's Witness Church Fire

MIDDLEBORO, Mass. -- Three teens face arson charges Thursday in connection with the fire that destroyed the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Middleboro.
Officials said the fire broke out about 8 p.m. Wednesday and took about an hour to bring under control -- but not before it burned down the 44-year-old building on Wareham Street.
Witnesses told police they saw three young men leaving the scene of the fire, and the three were arrested a short time later.
No injuries were reported.
The three teens are to appear in Wareham Juvenile Court Thursday morning on arson charges.
Police said they have no evidence the fire was a hate crime.
