I think it's a bit one-sided in its analysis of the New Testament. But the key, the comparison of the Biblical God to an abusive parent, is spot on.

Spot-on article, Funky. This is quite an analysis of the 'love' shown to children in the holy tome. I've looked at it from the mysoginistic viewpoint, but never from this angle. Tis true, and just reinforces my feeling that it is a load of ________.
