Fake Iraq pictures and other stuff

All the talk of fake (or not fake) pictures of troops in Iraq, not too mention the number of fake pictures mates send me in emails, and not to mention the revolution in fake body parts, particularly boobs, leads me to wonder about the future. Will we live in a world in 50 years time, where every time you look at a picture, your mind is immediately pre-occupied with whether it is real or not, every picture looked at with a critical eye... no longer does a picture contain a thousand words, but may be a thousand lies also. We've all seen the fake moon landings, haven't we? And fake boobs for that matter. No?

Or, do you disagree? Our British tabloid newspapers have been turning out sh*t for decades and people are still almost addicted to stories that are sometimes too good or bad to be true, and prove not to be. Unless you're David Beckam that is.
