okay, its common fact, that the so called "annoited class" is made up of men and women,

So, if women are part of the 144,000, serving in heaven with Christ, why is it, women have no place in the congregation, except as sub housewifes, cannot give talks, prayers, any kind of responsibility, etc, but yet a women could have served 30-40 years as a special pioneer, and her son lets say 18, can become a ministeral servant, with no pioneering (or very little) and she cant.

    hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm, any thoughts

Women have to die first to be kings and priests; men do too but they get to be "princes" while on earth. I'd like to "crown" some now. Some of the anointed men thought they had already started ruling in Paul's day.

    1 Corinthians 4:8

YOU men already have YOUR fill, do YOU? YOU are rich already, are YOU? YOU have begun ruling as kings without us, have YOU? And I wish indeed that YOU had begun ruling as kings, that we also might rule with YOU as kings.

Actually there's a pretty large body of opinion at headquarters that thinks women can't be of the anointed. They don't talk about it much because it would be such a huge change but that's what they think.
