What judgments is Jesus carrying out at this time? Upon whom?
Jehovah's judgment starts with what is called the hour of test/judgment. And it is the 8th king that Jehovah uses to bring that about during his 42-month rule. But first before the 8th king can come to power, WW3 has to come first in order to be the pretext to put the 8th king in power.
Then after the 42 months (HOT), then Jehovah uses Jesus and his angels to bring about his judgment upon all those that failed the HOT by supporting the 8th king/taking the MOTB.
While Matt 28 says that all authority was given him, he did not become king thenn.
Ps 110:1 says that Jesus would sit at Jehovah's right hand until his enemies were place at his feet.
Act 7:56 Stephen saw Jesus sitting at Jehovah's Right hand.
That continued on until 1914 when he became king.
Simple as that.

Revelation makes clear that the judgments start on all those who claim to be Christian.
You can read it in the first three chapters of Revelation. He's talking to the "seven congregations" which means all those groups and individuals who claim to be part of the congregation of which Jesus is head.
The Revelation to John shows that Jesus would not receive the kingdom authority until after all the 144,000 were sealed. Then he would receive the kingdom authority, and immediately begin the "ride" to strike, carrying out Jehovah's judgments.
Revelation shows that Jehovah's judgments are figuratively depicted on the sealed scroll, and no one could open that scroll until Jesus was authorized to open it. He was authorized after he became king.
The judgments are depicted in various ways like plagues. The first sets of plagues are on religious institutions, namely, Babylon the Great. So-called "Christians" who have allowed false religious doctrines to be woven into their worship will partake of the plagues on Babylon the Great. That's why Jesus gave those warnings in the first three chapters of Revelation to the congregations claiming to be Christian.
The "war, famine and pestilence" depictions of the three other "horsemen" are not literal war, famine and pestilence. In the books of the prophets in the Old Testament, "war, famine and pestilence" is illustrative of Jehovah sieging a city or a people.
Jehovah is having Jesus lay siege to all those who claim to be Christian. That is the part of the "judgment" we are in now. The "cities" of the institutions of Christendom will fall. They have already been judged, and Jesus is executing Jehovah's judgments where everyone can see. The plagues will keep getting worse. The institutions and hierarchies of Christendom do not represent Jesus. He is tearing them down.
Individual Christians will figuratively "dwell in the wilderness" during this 42 months. It's also called "a time times and half a time" or "1260 days."
The other religious institutions besides Christendom are also being plagued, but it starts "with the household of God" or those claiming to represent Him.
Jesus did not become king in 1914. But Jesus is king now. We are in the great tribulation.

The UN is the eighth king, ruling alongside the others.
He rules "for a little while" namely 3 1/2 years that we're in now.
(The US didn't veto the UN vote regarding the Israel/Gaza thing last December. Even though the UN is an extension of the US/UK, it has been now given its own appearance of ruling.)
These things were foretold in Daniel's prophecies in chapters 2, 7, 8, 11/12.

All humankind has already been redeemed by Christ's sacrifice, but they can only reap the benefits of that sacrifice if they recognize his authority. It will not be until the end of the 3 1/2 years that they will see the kingdom come, so it is not until that point that they have the opportunity to "come out" of the great tribulation.

When Jehovah struck Egypt with plagues, a great crowd of Egyptians went along with the Israelites out of Egypt. That great crowd didn't know much about Jehovah yet, but they obeyed the directions from Moses at the appointed time.
Jesus knows how to be a leader. Anyone who wants to follow him will see him and be able to follow him.

The "mark of the beast" just means doing things in a beastly way. The beasts of Daniel's prophecy were governments alienated from Jehovah. They were governments part of the world system designed by the Devil. Rather than being ruled by love, they are ruled by selfishness, tyranny, deception, and abuse.
The "mark of the beast" means doing things in the way the nations do it.
The various religious institutions today are set up with "governing bodies" and "boards of directors" and "manuals" and things that are not Jehovah's way. They have 501c3 and are in bed with the governments. That is the "mark of the beast."
You don't need a degree or a title in order to show love and follow Christ.
Anyway, the religious institutions have "the mark of the beast" so they're being dissolved.
Jesus said when he arrived with his angels he'd put the religious hypocrites in a figurative "burning up" and "that is where the weeping and gnashing of their teeth will be."
That's what's happening right now.

Yes. The religious leaders are collectively the man of lawlessness. The Watchtower leaders are included in that man of lawlessness.
The letters of Paul to the Thessalonians show that the angels were holding back the figurative winds of restraint (also illustrated in the visions of Revelation) until after the man of lawlessness had gotten to the point of "ripening" (Jesus said the weeds and wheat would grow together until the time of the harvest).
The religious leaders try to put themselves in place of God. They make rules and decrees and doctrines that end up separating people from God. They don't follow Jesus. They are the apostates spoken of in that passage.

(Incidentally, the Watchtower governing body are not "anointed." They are not part of the 144,000.)
The rank-and-file of Watchtower in general have rejected many of the 144,000 who kept their integrity. Hopefully the WT rank-and-file repent once they recognize their error.
There are some among those the WT calls "apostates" who have actually been kind to members of the 144,000 even though they didn't even know they were doing it.
Jehovah sees all these things. There is a reason why Jesus said the criminals and the prostitutes and the tax collectors and the government-affiliated soldiers were going ahead of the Pharisees into the kingdom.
