    Philip was searching for the elusive bunker when he noticed an ethiopian reading the same tract and he said to him "do you know where it is" the man said "how could I w/o someone to help me". So together they worked out the puzzling directions at a local watering hole and the rumor was that the ethiopian arrived at the bunker but Philip got lost. It seems he ended up in some weird place called Azotus wandering about the streets showing people the tract and asking for directions.
