  To be fair. John MacEwan is not implicated in any sexual wrongdoing, but only as an elder in that place at the time. Perhaps not even involved in this particular case. the way I read it anyway.

  on item 4, a lengthy read: The 3 judges rejected the wt appeal, which maintained that the judge in the previous decision had acted with personal prejudice in his ruling against JW practises foisted by the divorced a jw mother on her daughters.

  The non-jw father , a Pharmacist, had asked that first court to curtail his former wife's wt activities, particularly the h2h time, and the single judge had agreed, but the 3 appeal court judges disagreed with wt. The prejudice against wt is not personal, it is universal.

  Thing is in Québec there is lots of backlash against the catholic church, kept the people in ignorance fear and guilt for ages pretty much the same way JW operates today. It's understandable that the population here have a hatred towards religion. Unfourtunately this has resulted in turning many people away from God.

  I for one am glad thethe WTBTS / JW.borg are by being exposed for what they truly are. Revenge is sweet in this case.
