There was a "special" meeting today (SE Europe), two guests from headquarters, one William Turner, the other one I didn't catch the name. My wife listened to the lectures, I didn't, she said there was "nothing special, just the usual encouragement".

There was a talk in Switzerland by D Splane. It was broadcasted in the country. However, I don't know about other parts of Europe.

"Special Talk" simply means "not in the usual weekly schedule". There is nothing special about anything WTC does. It is all Wash, Rinse and Repeat.
