13 years after leaving the JWs, my kids, my wife, and I went trick or treating Friday night. My kids are finally old enough to go. So it was the first time for three of us.
It was fun, but it brought back some memories. Last time I was going door-to-door, knocking on stranger's doors, it wasn't for trick or treat. Despite some cool scary costumes I saw, I was probably a lot more scary to those people answering the door back then.
