I think this type of lawsuit might win against the Watchtower Corporation because it is such a inhuman act against a loyal long time full time service member.

Portugal might have a serious case against the Corporation for not taking care of it's elderly full time service members reguardless of any absolution of responsibility by forced signing of a vow of poverty.

No no thats not at all the situation. The reference is to bethel members who sign a vow of poverty to avoid the org paying unemployment taxes and wages.

And ive never seen them wear Rolexes. Also submariners (the watch they appear to wear a knock off version of) dont cost 25k.

The WTS was always a commercialized fraud, pretentiously established to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ through its published literature.

The JWS were just its exploited and manipulated sales representatives and free labor slaves.

People who got associated with the WTS were used and exploited to sustain the living standard of the top orchestraters down to the local COs.
