Server Error when tyring to sign up new user

    I referred a friend. She cannot sign up! I also tried signing her up using a different computer, and also tried a different browser. The error is:

    <!DOCTYPE html><html><head><title>Http 500</title></head><body><h1>Server Error</h1></body></html>

    That's displayed AFTER completing the Captcha validation and entering all the username/email/password data.
