In June 2015 the High Court of Justice in London awarded damages of £275,000 to an unnamed women known only as 'Amelia' alleged Stewart abused her from the age of four and threatened that she would be "damned as a sinner" if she told anyone about the abuse. The abuse ended only when Stewart was arrested for offenses against another child. The court held that the Watchtower Society failed to warn the members of the congregation about their knowledge on past abuse by a child molester in the congregation.

The Watchtower Society appealed and today in court 69 before Lord Justice Floyd the WT had to submit an application of claimant for permission to appeal.

    Any update??????? (Case B3/2015/2347)

The Watch Tower organization operates under its most useful asset: FEAR – which has helped ensure their dominance over all their members, including the wee ones.

I am so pleased with the ruling that Lord Justice Floyd gave yesterday against the Trustees of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society and Ors. Well done to Dr.Kathleen Hallisey and AO ADVOCATES. More cases will soon be presented.

So what happened? I'm assuming the appeal was denied?
