It says it was published in 2010. Im sure there must be a later updated version.

The Shepherding book (ks10) has been superseded by the new Shepherd book (sfl) first published in February 2019, then updated in October 2019. The next updated release is dated April 2020. The October 2019 edition is available for download in PDF, JWPUB and EPUB on AvoidJW.org.

It's good to see a later version is available.
For personal research I'd use avoidjw.org. For witnessing to still in friends and relatives there is a distinct advantage in being able to direct them to a site seen as neutral or non apostate, the Australian Government website provides this and it enables PIMOs to maintain their cover.
