Here is the link to the latest SEC report for Reg Technologies. Scroll down to page 23. The Watchtower is no longer listed as an owner. Instead, they list it under Rand Cam Engine Corp. What a sneaky way to get out of this one.

What is it? Do you mean the Watchtower Corp? It's probably me, but it seems I don't understand. Please elaborate. Thanks.
Does the WT now have shares in Rand Cam Engine Corp? It confuses me, but that's no wonder. As soon as I have anything to do with the Watchtower I get confused and angry. They go in against all reason and that instinctively pisses me off. For all I care they can take their shares which they erroneously held for 16 years and stick them where the sun doesn't shine.
All the years they have been telling me not to have anything to do with the military. I had a good job at an Aircraft Company. Lots of times I had orders from General Dynamics who makes the F 16. The elders didn't think that was an appropriate job, and "advised" me to find other work. How super stupid I was to obey.
In the mean time they had shares affiliated with the military and deals with the Navy.
They're not hyppocrates though, they're always right.
I have dealt with the Rand Cam issue many times. The "IT" is not Rand Cam Engine Corp, as they have always been shown. The person shown as James McCann is the one who originally donated over 500,000 thousand shares to the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc. The total value has fluctuated between $2 million and $3 million. Mr. McCann has ALWAYS retained voting control by proxy. My guess is that by donating the shares to a non-profit like the Watchtower, he could avoid certain corporate taxation, and have a larger write-off for the donation of all the shares. Mr. McCann donation also made the Watchtower Society 50% owner in Rand Cam Engine Corp. People looking for a large tax write off will donate the shares, because the dividends (profits) are too low and/or are too uncertain to be menaingful.
Since Mr. McCann is now shown as owning the shares, my guess is that the Watchtower Society either requested he take them back, because it was an embarassment to them ... being reported on the ex-JW internet ... or the Society still ownes them, and Mr. McCann is shown as owner simply because he retains voting proxy control ... in a since he still has ownership interest because he retains a right attributed to an owner. Mr. McCann may also have been asked to not show the Society on the filings.
