Ok, maybe not a good idea "swearing on the Bible", but something needs to be done.

No one is required to swear upon a Bible in the U.S. for any reason. Immigrants, people who are already here, generally are afforded the same rights as non-citizens such as freedom of religion, right to assemble, 5th amendment, etc.

It's ironic that a book full of falsehoods and lies is seen as a vouchsafe for honesty in any case. .

Donald Trump is right, illegal immigrants have no right to be in the USA

Hence the word illegal. However, the question is "what do we do about it?"

These people need help, but safety measures should be put into place. Having refugees documented is not profiling, it's common sense.

In what sense are they not documented now?

i'm in the process of sponsoring my philippina fiancee to obtain a settlement visa to enter the UK--marry me--and live here. we are talking over £5,000 in visa fees spread over the next 5 years--and thats before she can then apply for citizen ship --more ££££ then.
