In my experience, any one a child might tell has been trained to think, "We wouldn't want to bring reproach on Jehovah's name!"
.... I heard it myself..... the relative was more concerned about "the congregation" and "the organization" than the child who was abused.
So sad.

I wonder if the organization's paid Catholic expert witness who provided "evidence" supposedly supportive of the organization's information on child sexual abuse was behind this silly gesture -or if she would noe feel even worse about having spoken in support of the organization during the Australian Royal Commission.
