I don't connect to the kh WiFi either, I'd feel exposed if I did. I too download books to read and read them instead of the meeting material

They can't and they won't. That been said however I never thought I would see the day of national flags been placed on the kingdom halls either. -

I use my data Hotspot from my phone. .never use the wifi in the KH technology is a life and boredom saver!! -

They can't spy if you have your data on a SD card. Put the site and its contents on the card, plus whatever other sites you feel like. You could download portions of this site onto the card, and view it while at the boasting session. You could also download other apostate sites and videos onto your card and view those during the boasting session, as well as whatever Satanic sites you feel like. Nothing they do can monitor the traffic, since traffic between your SD card and your device does not go through any router.
Just be careful, however, if you choose to view porn at the boasting session. If someone thinks you are watching porn and they snitch, there is a good chance Brother Hounder is going to be viewing it. Then you will be going for a first-class trip, all expenses paid, to the Back Room after the boasting session for a hounding.

I agree with Divergent. It makes more sense that they would seek to limit WI-FI access in some way before resorting to spying. They would probably make it so that you can only access their official websites with the Kingdom Hall wifi. -

In 1984 behind the giant pictures of Big Brother were cameras watching everyone. Maybe hidden in all those flat screen displays in Kingdom Halls are cameras.............
