A perfect explanation for why Democrats pander to black "causes" while never actually doing anything to change the lives of people of color.
They are exactly where they want them to be, and shouldn't expect anything to change while they keep throwing their votes away.
Yeah, "march for BLM" ... and while you're kept busy doing that you're not paying attention to things that actually affect your economic future or that of your children.

Diversity of innate characteristics is still more important than diversity of opinion. Inclusion is more important than excellence.
That said, the two party system in America does more to stifle diversity of opinion from all over the political and philosophical spectrum than any affirmative action program ever could; so what you say about Democrats in America is partly true.
