  Reminds me of "Public Address Handbook" by Vivian Capel. I understand he was/is a JW and wrote this text in the early 1970's. How to set up a KH, CA, DA etc. He went on to write many more similar texts on sound and music recording. Maybe some on here in the UK will know him.
