I can vouch for it too, since last June i’v lost nearly 60lbs. Eaten like a king! No hunger or cravings at all. In fact, I dont think about what I eat, just do it automaticaly.
I have actually been thinking and practicing this without reading about it. It just made sense to me. Use what is not manufactured. Eat healthy animal fat, use lard from healthy animals instead of PH vegetable oil (shortening) no margarine, etc.I think one meal a week of red meat ( from a healthy animal, not mass produced) is very healthy.
When everyone around me years ago were going "low fat" I was using real butter, and eating whole dairy ( trying to get from the farm) . I remained slim. while my friends still had a hard time with weight. My cholesterol was good while my vegetarian, low fat, friends actually had high cholesterol!
Healthy Eggs are a super-food. Avocados as well.
You eat less because you are satiated and your energy level is higher.
For me it was common sense.
