Deutsche Bank, a German bank, laying off 18,000 thousand people, about one fifth of their employees. They said it has a US$ 49 trillion derivatives exposure....and many connections with other big banks. It could be like 2008 crisis but much bigger. Kind of sad that greed is too much....

Just to note, the Deutsche Bank isn't necessarily failing but rather shrinking its global operations cited too much competition abroad.
