Jehovah's Witnesses lose trial against Neuchâtel Hospital
The Swiss Association of Jehovah's Witnesses and two of its members lose a case against the Neuchâtel Hospital. They were challenging a directive on the management of patients refusing blood transfusions.
I know it might not apply directly in this case, but I do find it appalling how the JWs / WTS are often keep to sue a hospital and medical staff if they treat them, but then equally want to become litigious if they die due to their own refusal of treatment.
