I know that Kraftwerk once made a "Tour de France" tune and are now planning on releasing
some remixes of it,but I have not seen the ITV programme so I am clueless too :-)
If there are lots of grunting noises in it on a regular electronic beat,then it's most probably Kraftwerk...
