I think that if you want to go, you should. It might give you something to laugh about if it doesn't bore you to death first.
BTW, I really enjoyed my last conversation with you and Sexkitten. It would be so cool if we could have an international freedomfest in Oz....another reason to win the lottery!

A long story - I was asking about the new convention releases in the US - I was told we didn't get those until the convention in December. In the course of that conversation I was invited to said convention.

I'm banking on the fact that it is entirely unfamiliar to me to make it interesting, or at least tolerable. Day One is apparently only half a day, so may be worth attending... Seeing as how it's at the old Olympic venue, it's easy to get there and to escape if things get too deadly dull!
