To quote the National Institue of Allergy and Infectious Diseases: "There are hundreds of coronaviruses, most of which circulate among such animals as pigs, camels, bats and cats. Sometimes those viruses jump to humans—called a spillover event—and can cause disease." https://www.niaid.nih.gov/diseases-conditions/coronaviruses

Not a mistake, I'm sure it is because "Corona Virus " has become common parlance, so all people will understand what they are talking about, they have not got too technical. Covid 19 is the approved W.H.O terminology, again, a bit of shorthand for the full designation of the Virus.

It is the same as if they wish us to be sure which Prime Minister they are talking about, I'm sure H.M. Government will then use what has become common parlance for him, i.e " BoJo The Clown"....... LOL.

    What mistake?

Phizzy - Boris is fighting for his life and his pregnant girlfriend is symptomatic. Is now the time for ridicule?
