What are you looking in here for? The message is in the title.

But it is true. Cults do not use the vast amounts of money they have their rank and file produce for them to do good works in society, for their members, or for any other societally acceptable reason. More than any other religion in "Christendom" the cult, CULT, of Jehovah's Witnesses is a rare and a snacket, or if you wish, a snare and a racket.

Oh, how we used to tell people we weren't brain-washed! And the CO would stand on the platform and proudly state he was pleased to have his brain "washed" of this wicked world!!! Huh, one total mind job.

Heh, when my wife was only 8 and people at the door would say "you poor thing... you've been brainwashed", her dad would say "of course you've been brainwashed. But in a good way!"

That seems to be a standard answer. Must've been "suggested" in an old WT at some distant point.
My mom says "My brain NEEDED a good washing." I think it's about time for the dry cycle though.
