Inactive/Inactive Publishers ... Are they all counted?

Forgive me if this specific question has been asked and answered.

The JW worldwide report includes their number of publishers, but it doesn't make a distinction between inactive, irregular, or active. Do they include everyone?

In other words, the "faders" that don't dissociate ... are they forever counted in their yearly publisher report because they are technically just an "inactive publisher"?

They only count active publishers. If you don't report time, you're not counted.

Thanks, No Apologies. Is there a Watchtower document you can point to that says that? On their reports, it just says "publishers".

    Thanks for your help.

Yes. The following explains some background:

BUT also see the following, which explains it a bit more 'honestly' using a Watchtower article from 2011:

Watchtower's Peak Publishers are Fake Publishers

    Thanks darkspilver. Very interesting.

I have a lot of trouble trusting the society's own statistics. From reading about their data collection methods in your second link, it sounds like they need to start sending their bethelites to college to study statistics and math, right along those lawyers they're churning out.

Stay in school, kids ... stay in school.
