Some jerk called Jeffrey Toobin was taking part in a zoom meeting and was apparently engaging in another website simultaneously.
All zoom members broke for lunch, and Toobin started spanking the monkey, lol.
He'd 'muted' the zoom meeting and thought this applied to his image as well as the sound, lol.
What consenting adults do in private is totally their business and they have a right to privacy. However, when they get it wrong like this idiot has, the rest of us can have a good old laugh at his stupidity.
