Trying to update my email address

I've been trying to update my email address without success. After entering new email address and hitting the update key I then wait for the confirmation email. It never comes. Have tried this several times. What's up?

It depends.
Simon - when you send emails, presumably you send through some SMTP service provided by the hosting provider? Do they allow you to set up DKIM? DKIM is basically a way of signing your emails with a private key. The public key is stored in a DNS record tied to your domain. It allows receiving email servers to quickly determine if the email is coming from a valid non-spamish domain. It prevents spoofing. Some email servers will reject any non signed email.
In other words, you could be sending emails correctly, but they never arrive at the destination box. But then again they do arrive for others because their email service is less strict.
