Language diverges fast enough for it to be impossible to say with certainty how it diverged before 10,000 years ago.
The native people of South-West Africa are probably the longest contunuous culture, and are very close geographically to where the first modern H.sapiens originated from, but connecting their language with the first language of man is just speculative. Their language comes from the first human languages, just like ours does, and is probably more similar, but that's all that can be said with any accuracy.
