There is NO need to re-post it. Just be patient. All you will do is create duplicate posts which will delay yours appearing even longer due to how the posting limits work.
Sometimes I need to run some jobs which slow the site down. Please be patient.

I ran a job on the wrong queue so the (lengthy) tasks delayed the normal processing.
The system is queue based so once something has been submitted it will be processed at some point. Just trying to save people from re-submitting things which is a waste of time and of course makes things even slower.
I think we should be about back to normal now.

Cool, now I know. That happened this morning to me but I thought it was my problem so I called the the cable company, rewired my house, and ordered a new computer.
