I've already spoken about how big film studios have given us shitty female protagonists such as Rey and She-Hulk and the like. And I've also posted stuff about the female protagonists I like.
So, I think it would be good if I devoted an OP to each female protagonist that I think is great.
First up, Jackie Brown, played by Pam Grier in Jackie Brown (1997), directed by Quentin Tarantino.
Jackie Brown is an ordinary flight stewardess who finds herself caught up between drug smuggler Ordell Robie and the FBI.
It's a great film.
