Ok sorry to post this here but I am having a few probs. I have set up message rules for my outlook and every couple of weeks or even every week the rules just stop working and I have to go in and activate them again ! its beginning to bug me as I want the stuff to go to the right folders. I have a slightly older version of outlook at work and that works fine !
Whats going wrong ?
hey matt...do you use your Outlook for the same address on more than one machine? This may be the cause...Also...setting rules for any shared folders you might be using could cause this as well..Hope this helps..

No solution from me unforunately but I have exactly the same problem with Outlook 2000 - it's a real pain in the butt.
Glad I am not the only one ! another thing I noticed is that some of my folders my e mails are all duplicate some about 4 times !
