Any one else having trouble with a new post?

I have been tryin to create a new post, it keeps hanging up. Is it just me?

I did find that it acted as if it was spinning around and going nowhere. But I waited a while and then just closed it. There it was, posted. So it's done that maybe twice and I just do the same thing.
