I am going to visit a friend of mine who Is a JW this afternoon and because she's suspicious of me, I may not get to see her for a while, If at all ( she doesn't know I'm coming). Is there anything I can say or do to ensure another opportunity to see her? It will only be for a few minutes and I need to make the most of them.

Only there for a few minutes. I would say that a good quickie would be the order of the day (though it may not be righteous sex if she doesn't know you're coming - a couple of grunts and groans might be a good indicator for her).
Whatever the outcome, tell her you enjoyed it and would like to return to further develop the relationship.
