Wondered if anyone here knows of anyone having conducted a
Freedom Of Information Act search on our favorite religion?

No telling WHAT could be discovered.
We're tempted to try and do some digging ourself and see what turns up.
It's almost a given that the U.S.Government keeps and has kept their eye on this Very Dangerous and Destructive Kult and doing so from many different angles and perspectives.

Here's the site to get started:

Anyone here got any experience on how this FOIA search stuff works?
How far back do files kept on Suspicious Groups extend?

Well, it's about time!! I mean scanning court cases is one thing, but we really need hard core information on finanicials, property, etc.

Most of this stuff is public record somewhere. I would love to browse through the Brooklyn Heights Municipal records.

Brilliant idea, Tally. Worth a shot.

Perhaps there are some information on contacts between US intelligence and the WTS especially just before WWII?

    Jan,

THAT'S exactly what I'm hoping for, if the records go back that far, and I have no reason to believe they don't... maybe they'll even go back to the 'teens of the 2Oth Century and cover that "sedition" business, when they K-Leaders got thrown in the Pokey.

They were thrown into the Pokey. Ha-Ha..

I bet they had the Watchtower logo carved into their Soap-on-a-Rope.

Now that might be worth something, eh?

    Yes!
    Thinking about it Riz,
what could've been more appropos for the Brooklyn Krew, than wearing
Black & White-striped prison uniforms in that Atlanta pen?

Black & White wear for Black & White religion.

Bet they had to let out the Judge's duds to fit that Big Beer Belly.
