From the first Bethel layoffs some time ago I began to wonder how does one volunteer layoff, fire another volunteer? They're suppose to be the same, equal volunteers. The volunteer that does the firing----where did his authority come from??---another volunteer. The volunteer that is fired should just just pass his firing off to another volunteer, probably don't matter much which volunteer goes. Imagine how the fired volunteer feels when fired by the volunteer that volunteered with him at the same time. There must be layers of volunteers, temporary volunteers, ordinary volunteers, special volunteers, extra special volunteers, TOP DOG VOLUNTEER, (can never be fired). Many layers of bureaucracy in the Theocracy.
