I agree with RustyGirl. The "logic" would be as follows: the girl is pregnant, thus proving she had sex with someone. The alledged perp denies that he did anything, so the pregnant girl must have fornicated with someone else - a sin - and has complicated her sin by blaming an innocent man, also accusing him of rape.
Disfellowship her, and keep the congregation clean.
