I don't think G.J, or the WT on his behalf, have ever said he is a " translator of the Bible".
Correct me if I'm wrong, but he said his duties were "translation work", like translating donated $$$ into expensive watches I presume.
What Qualifications does Geoffrey Jackson have as a Translator of the Bible ? In any Capacity ?

2) Army of unpaid volunteer librarians of unknown educational background/ translation qualifications.
3) A duty to discharge his responsibility as "Guardian Of Doctrine" or face excommunication.
4) Confirmation Bias.
