  When I listen to this song I can see parallels with myself finding out that it is not the "truth". I was very much a believer and gave my all only to have it all shattered. This song is by one of my favorite groups Our Lady Peace and it is called "Innocent".

  Oh Wolfy, ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))

  Sounds like you are might be depressed. I know I am. No use to say "get over it", because it's a part of me I have to work through, just as it is for you. It's painful, isn't it? Unfulfilled dreams, and more of life behind me than in front. Always trying to be there for others, and feeling abandoned and left out, as if I were invisible. Funny how when I get like this, my creative nature takes over, and I'm writing more poems and prose than ever...........here's one right off the tip of my fingers

  It was a rather normal day, I chanced to view my mirrored image,

  And low and behold, there was no "me" looking back, and I exclaimed:

  "But I used to be a person, honest; and I had a face with eyes and nose and mouth. How can I, like this, go about?"

  But mirror answered back and said: "You were always so sad, those eyes ready to cry, and that droopy

  mouth; we are trying to give you a blank new place to start--we want you to look inside your heart".

  And, so I went upon my way, somewhat enlightened on that day; and weeks later as I passed the mirror

  on the wall, saw my reflection, after all. And I was new and changed and fresh and fine. My face had

  found a new design. My eyes were bright and clear and a smile had formed from ear to ear.

  And, then I knew without a doubt.

  Reflection comes from inside out.

  Have yourself a reflective kind of holiday. Merry and bright!

  It's true I am feeling a bit down. Had a hard couple of days and a couple of "discussions" with my wife and family about things JW related. That is never a fun or pleasant experience.I appreciate your kind words and am going to try to make the best of it.

  I am just feeling a bit more sad and resentful regarding "the truth" today then usual. I want everyone to know I appreciate your posts, your insights and your experiences. It does help and please keep it up.
