We have one of those they are wonderful. They make the "Perfect Pancake"!!! I am going to have RT make pancakes for dinner, Yummy!!!!

If anyone has any Scandinavian cookie recipes, I'd love to have them. I forget some of the names of the cookies grandma made but I loved them all. Mom said she doesn't have the recipes. I don't know which one of my aunts it was passed onto when she died.
I believe one of them was a cresent cookie but it tasted more like a butter cookie shaped like a half moon.

now this looks pretty good....I usually make pancakes on a Sunday morning for hungry teenagers but I don't have a device like that...great idea...I might ask Santa for one.
Tonight I get my tree...woohoo...can't wait...I've wrapped all the kids pressies already....we're just waiting for the guy to deliver our tree to set it all up. I'm gonna spray some fake snow on it...geez I love xmas...but when i see my credit card afterwards my bum bleeds...eeek!
