What's referred to goes on record now, WBTS have to persuade McClellan and Stewart there's good reason for keeping whole thing secret. Stewart wants time frame set for WBTS to make that argument.

I hope someone could advise the commission that the branch document as a whole would be of interest to the public as there are x jws. We have seen the org. Try to hide facts and there may be something in the document that an x jw may realise is relevant. Even the section on finance is highly relevant.
