If Kangaroos or Kuala Bears were being disfellowshipped from kingdom halls in Australia and rudely shunned by JWs, it would make headlines around the world and petitions against such treatment would now have millions of signatures.
Unfortunately, we live in an age where cute and cuddly animals rule all forms of media and viewers' appetite for "serious" news is reduced.
Bring on those lovely little joeys (baby kangaroos).
