Very good Qwerty! This world is certainly not perfect. Could that be a clue that it was created by someone other than God?

I'm sorry but I think that's in poor taste. Nothing can bring back the lives lost or repair the dammage that was done on 9/11/01. Just seeing the Twin Towers brings tears to my eyes.
