The JW's say anything that is a threat to their religion to be of pagan origin. Anything that detracts the brainwashed "Little Flock" away from studying their Watchtower magazines is considered to be of pagan origin. They even have something on the official Watchtower website about cross country skiing and its pagan origins. Go to: http://www.watchtower.org/library/g/2001/10/8/article_01.htm. If they were trully anti-pagan the Watchtower would not acknowledge the months of the year and the days of the week as these calendar designations were named after Greek and Roman gods and goddesses. Go to http://www.geocities.com/Axiom43/months.html and http://www.geocities.com/Axiom43/weekdays.html. If you ask me if is the Watchtower is Pagan and nothing in this worldly "System of Things" has anything wrong with it. The JW's should move onto their own island as nothing in this world is good enough for them and shut their F***ing mouths once and for all. Thank you.

One of the basic tenets of abnormal psychology is that you become just like that which you despise. The JWs are famous for despising any and every thing that is "other" than themselves. They despise the Jews, the Catholics, and on and on. And they have become just like those things, those other religions, they despise...and that includes Pagans.

Without a doubt the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses is among the most dysfunctional, maladapted groups on this planet.

We are all very lucky to have escaped with our sanity. I suppose that we - the escapees - could be characterised as intellectual independants. Thank God.

It's easy to point the finger at fanatic fire-worshipers, isn't it?

It's also easy to say that your religion is composed of 6 million non-fanatics.

The WT can even make the Hindu caste system (where it is an unholy sin to touch certain caste members if you are of a certain other caste) look ridiculous and obscure.

    Oh, the irony!

(Wait, it is not really ironical, is it? Haven't we known of their hypocrisy for quite some time now?)
