Storms hit TN,,,, Tink and CC are you ok?

Just a note to all the friends in the areas of the storm, hoping that everyone is well. If at all possible please check in and let us know if all is well. I just turned this weather channel on and they are talking about Tenn. , are there other states that got hit hard?

I'm enjoying a nice thunderstorm right now. No problems here in NC. I love the sound of thunder, it reminds me of my young days in the country.

The news last night was talking about the destruction in Northwestern Ohio, where storms hit eleven counties. They have declared it a desaster area. The film showed nothing but heaps of wood and metal on the ground. It's amazing that it didn't take more lives, but they were able to get the warning out ahead of time.

We had some really good thunderstorms last night, with lightning and heavy rain. We are fortunate not to live in an area that gets hit with tornados. We've had a few over the years, but they do only minor damage. Nothing like what these people are having to endure.

I'm like you. I sure hope that none of our friends here are going through this!

Here in NC it was windy and there were warnings around us. It was windy and thunder, I know that there were severe damages in other counties. Boone was under warnings.

We are all right here. But I worry about those west and south of us.

(((((outnfree))))) All is fine here, thank you! . Some of the storms were northeast of here but not by much. We have some friends with property damage. I am waiting for Tink to contact me with her phone number again (I lost her number when I killed my cell phone). I don't think their area was hit too bad, although the winds were pretty strong. ( My boss lives down in that area too).

I saw pics of the storms on the 6.00 pm news on TV. Incredible!! I sure hope our posters are not affected. Check in when you can guy's. We need to know you're all OK.
